Add the possibility to create custom fields for clients, projects, and entries. The admin should be able to mark fields as required. When generating a report, the user should be able to filter using the custom fields previously created.

Working hours vary across groups in our company, but they are currently only configurable at the application level — meaning the same settings apply to everyone. It would be ideal if both working hours and reminders could be made configurable per group of people.

Add notifications for assigned users into tasks. Ones status changes, or there are any comment updates to a task.

Would be a great feature if you would allow to have more than one license type, and more than one license billing type active on the tool. Some Admins and PMs would use a premium license which deliver more controls, better management features and analytics, while workforce could use a lower license tier/free guest access, once they only need to have access to projects they are assigned and track their time. On top of that, the ability to have yearly and monthly billing license would be fantastic, you can keep long term users and contractors on yearly licenses, while short term and seasonal freelancer you would use a monthly license. Having to license all user on the same plan and on the same license billing is quite a waste and so reduces the product value to the users.

For work that serves multiple projects I'd like to be able to tag each project and have the report split the time evenly, rather than duplicating the time in the report. Perhaps an option so tags can either duplicate time or split it.

Give the possibility for members to be part of more than a single group in the workspace

Would be great to have the possibility to link an expense to a specific phase. This would allow to have visibility on the expenses allocation throughout all the projects' phases.

Hi, it would be enormously helpful to be able to track if we are spending time or money faster than planned. One simple way is with burn rates. It requires start and end dates at the project level or the phase level. Then the burn rate can be calculated as "% budget spent" vs "% time elapsed" If all is going well that number is 100%. If it's under, there will be money left when the project ends; if it's over, then you're out of money before the project ends. Thank you :))
