Feature Requests

When creating a new task it would be helpful to have the possibility to attach a file (pdf, excel etc)

Many people have asked to see the time in reports in decimal format (for example display 40:30 as 40.50 instead).

Would be great to have the possibility to link an expense to a specific phase. This would allow to have visibility on the expenses allocation throughout all the projects' phases.
