in case you're looking for inspiration for this: Create a "time off" module that can track different types of time off (paid, unpaid, sick time, public holiday, etc), along with a simple request/approve workflow. Team members should also be able to automatically accrue paid time off over time, with the system tracking how many hours or days everyone has available.
