Hi, it would be enormously helpful to be able to track if we are spending time or money faster than planned. One simple way is with burn rates. It requires start and end dates at the project level or the phase level. Then the burn rate can be calculated as

"% budget spent" vs "% time elapsed"

If all is going well that number is 100%. If it's under, there will be money left when the project ends; if it's over, then you're out of money before the project ends.
