Add integration with GitHub. For the moment we can log time only on pull requests. It will be nice to be able to log time also on tasks.

Only just realised you can't add time on Issues actually, have been using Azure DevOps but as Microsoft seem to be adding more and more features either early or only to GitHub, kinda feels like the writing is on the wall for the future of Azure DevOps.
