I use the timer capability in Timeneye all the time, and I switch between 4-5 tasks each day. More than once a day, I forget to switch the timer from my prior task to the new one.
This requires me to go into the prior task, manually modify the End Time. I then need to go into the current task, and set the Start Time to the match the end of the prior task.
Fundamentally, the start-end of these tasks could be linked. When I finish one activity, to have an ability to link contiguous work when I task switch.
If I'm active in one task and then switch to another, assume these 2 tasks are linked to each other. The end time of the first should match the start time of the next. Then if I change the Start time of my current task, there is a checkbox that asks if I want to change the End Time of the prior overlapping task to match the new Start time of my current task. Ensuring there is only one active activity at a time and no overlapping times.
In the Dashboard Card View I'm able to grab the bottom-right corner of the card to extend the time, but I'm not able to interact and change the Start Time of an active timer. I can move the entire task in timeline view, but the total task time is locked in.
Have a 'magnetic' linking between tasks next to each other, where the end/start times get auto-aligned, would help as well.
